Bob Castonguay is an American technology entrepreneur and software developer best known as the founder of Oovyy Technologies and Oovyy Holdings. He is the creator of FastRadar, a weather radar and storm-tracking platform that provides real-time radar visualization based on NOAA and NEXRAD data across the United States.

Castonguay began developing web-based weather radar tools in the mid-1990s, initially building early HTML radar visualization systems before evolving the project into the FastRadar platform. His work focuses on real-time data visualization, aviation weather awareness, and high-performance web mapping systems.

Through Oovyy Technologies, he develops software applications and weather-data platforms designed for both professionals and the public.
